Slovenian dinner was tons of fun. Thanks to my Polish friend Nicole Fackler the buckwheat carps were a success. Nicole makes her own pierogis, so she helped. We rolled them very thin, but they fell apart when being boiled, probably since there wasn’t enough gluten, so we fried them instead. Worked great. Thanks Nicole.
My wonderful daughter who runs her own make up business, Belle’s Wish, belleswish.co.nz did our hair and makeup. She did fantasy makeup to illustrate Slovenian fairy tales. Stay tuned for the pictures.
